Freshly renovated holiday home with new furniture and a great roof terrace from which you can see the sea. On the grounds on a hill is a delicious dining area among olive trees, where you can enjoy Italian delicacies on mild summer evenings in a relaxed atmosphere. The house with two separate apartments not only offers a lot of space and privacy for eight people, but also three bathrooms, so there are no waiting times in the morning. Two of the bathrooms have just been renovated. You quietly live in the countryside in the hills at Monteggiori, but you only have to drive around seven kilometers to get to the white sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore, where you get a 30% discount on the rent of sun beds and parasols. In addition to sunbathing and swimming, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés along the long boulevard. Details: - WiFi - 30% discount on beach services (sun loungers and parasols) in Lido di Camaiore from mid-May to mid-September Activities in the area: everyone who is interested in the country and his people, finds numerous excursion destinations and attractive places in the immediate vicinity. Pietrasanta, 4.8 kilometers away, is a charming village with narrow streets and many trattorias, where there are also various marble workshops. The marble comes from the White Marble Mountains from Carrara, 24 kilometers away. You can't miss a tour there. A day trip to Lucca is also a great experience; There you can walk and even cycle over the impressive city wall. In Viareggio you will find a colorful weekly market every Thursday and you can buy freshly caught fish early in the marina in the morning
