Beautiful, modern and spacious apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The accommodation is conveniently connected with the center by metro and bus. There are shops and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good communication with the host. Couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy Rome.

Situated at the first floor of a quiet building surrounded by greenery, in an elegant apartment finely furnished, I Pini di Roma is located in the beautiful area of San Giovanni in Laterano, just a few minutes to the historic centre.
Mi chiamo Francesco Gialli, ho 26 anni sono laureato in economia and management e gestisco i pini di roma da marzo 2016, trovo che Roma sia una città magnifica e cerco di trasmetterlo ai suoi visitatori cercando di rendere magnifico il loro viaggio nella capitale della storia.
Fra i quartieri che meglio convogliano tradizione e modernità, storia e avanguardia, San Giovanni si caratterizza per i numerosi siti archeologici e storico-cristiani presenti, fra i quali un esempio su tutti è l’Arcibasilica Lateranense, meglio nota come Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano. La gigantesca piazza sulla quale si affaccia è luogo di ritrovo ogni primo maggio della festa nazionale dei lavoratori. Dall’area, nel cuore della capitale, si diramano importanti vie per la vita notturna e per gli amanti dello shopping, senza dimenticare il collegamento metropolitano che garantisce spostamenti rapidi e a basso costo.
