The house is situated on a small hill in a romantic side valley. Directly in front of the entrance there is a panoramic terrace - covered in summer - and a pizza oven. The owner has lovingly furnished the house in a romantic country house style. On the first floor there is a rustic eat-in kitchen with an open fireplace; the bedrooms are spread over three floors. One bedroom with bathroom has a separate entrance. - The house is surrounded by extensive woodland, a narrow forest path leads down to the bathing area in the nearby torrent 200m below: an adventure for young and old. Nearby are the Etruscan excavations at Rassina (10 km), the Casentino Nature Park with its mountains, castles and monasteries. Arezzo 35 km, Florence 75 km. In the small town of Talla: grocery store, bar, swimming pool. Please note: The forest road is unpaved, cobbled and sloping with dips in places.
