The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, welcomes guests with a living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, TV, air conditioning and a kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, juicer and American coffee machine. From the living room guests can access the private terrace, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed from which it is possible to extract another single bed to form a unique queen-size bed. The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine. Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property (measures: 2.70 x 5.20 m height 2 m). Self check-in is available to access the accommodation. Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano you can rediscover the ancient Roman remains of the Villa Romana, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing. This city is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, and then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade, and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera. Desenzano del Garda station is less than 10 minutes away by car, while Verona airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
