We are located in the Marassi district, just 7 minutes from the city center. Although not far from the city center, the neighborhood turns out to be very convenient, because thanks to the bus (with a stop a few meters from the house) in a few minutes you will be directly in the center area, being the road all flat if you want you can reach the center of Genoa on foot without having to use the means. The apartment turns out to be very welcoming and furnished. - The large entrance has a large wardrobe where you can put bags and suitcases. - the double bedroom with large wardrobe where guests can store their clothes. - a room with balcony, with television and sofa that if necessary can become a double bed. -Kitchen complete with: - dishwasher -Refrigerator -Ofan -Stoophers -Cappa -Microwave oven -Tostapane -Coffee machine “sweet taste” -Television -Crockery -Utensils - Bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle
My name is Tommaso and I'm from Genoa. I manage my apartment, taking care of it, making it as pleasant and comfortable as possible, to ensure my guests have a pleasant stay.
Neighborhood just 7 minutes from Brignole station and the city center. Connected to the center via bus line 37, we find the stop a few meters from the apartment. The street is full of services, such as supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, tobacconists ... The neighborhood is known for the important presence of the Luigi Ferraris stadium, which is located a few minutes from the apartment. Just 5 minutes by car we find the entrance to the motorway, where you can reach the Ligurian Riviera to spend a day.
