The building is 155 year old and its entrance is simply spectacular with two rows of columns and a curved roof. There is an old fountain at the end of the entrance and turning right it is easy to reach Karisma Suites that is located at the 1st floor. There are only 25 easy steps to reach a small elevator. The apartment has been renovated in 2023 and it has been decorated mixing the classic style with the new trends of furniture of art designer. All furniture have been realized in cherry by Italian artisans and handmade just for this guest house. Therefore the furnitures are exclusive and original. The oil painter Pinci has exposed 8 master pieces in the guest house and it is possible to purchase them as a special price. The guest house is extremely comfortable, safe, sustainable and clean.
My wife and I have travelled all over the world and we believe that we know what is needed to the guests in order to make them feeling happy. We love to welcome our guests and offer them a spontaneous and warm hospitality. A good communication and a nice smile are for us key elements in our business. In our point of view when a guest visit Rome he/she should focus on admiring one of the most beautiful cities in the world. When the will come back at Karisma Suites they should feel to be at their home although they are at thousands of miles away from it. Moreover as we lived in Rome for at least 3 decades we like also to advise our guests to experience things that are not written in the tourism guides. This make special the visits of our guests. We love what we do and we do only what we love.
The location is right in the core of the eternal city only at 10 minutes walk from Stazione di Termini. Karisma Suites is nearly at walking from the main attractions such as the Quirinale (House of the Presidents of the republic now Mattarella), the Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia, and Piazza di Spagna, etc. At 100 meters there is The Theather of Opera and many other places where artists live perform in the evening. Walking is excellent for the health of our guests but also they can discover new things at every corner of the city rather to be transported by expensive taxi.
