We liked that we had an outside patio and a great view. The place is decorated impeccably, and it had tour guide books that we could use. Upon arrival, the host was elegant in serving us a juice and sitting down with us to give wonderful mapping to area restaurants and attractions. Location is center to everything. Couldn't be better. There is free wi-fi that worked great.

Very bright Penthouse with 2 bedrooms, large flowery and equipped terrace, located in Via Maqueda in the heart of the historic center a short distance from the most important architectural and cultural treasures of the city: the Teatro Massimo, the Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni and the characteristic Market of Ballaro '. The apartment is furnished with taste and loving care to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Inside, the apartment consists of two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies and orthopedic mattresses, a spacious and well-lit double living room, an independent kitchen with all accessories and a comfortable bathroom with window. Inside, the rooms are bright and comfortable, characterized by the soft movement of the high wooden ceilings, by the majolica tiles created by Maestro Seminara and by the balconies with the splendid panoramic views of the city with its colorful roofs and the wonderful domes of its churches. Equipped with a large flowered terrace, equipped and panoramic on the beautiful and elegant Via Maqueda. The apartment is equipped with heaters throughout the house, a large 49 inch TV and free WI-FI internet.
I was born in Palermo and I am happy to live in this city because I think it expresses that warmth and the typical availability of Sicily. I put passion into the work of my holiday home, this helps me to know so many beautiful people taking cues. I love welcoming my guests with a sincere smile and making them feel immediately in the right place for them, I like to give the best information about the city, advice on the many things to visit and in which restaurants to eat our Sicilian specialties.
Nearby there are numerous restaurants and pizzerias, as well as the famous Ballarò market, the Cathedral, Palazzo dei Normanni and the beautiful Teatro Massimo. A walk to the Ballaro Market is an enchanting event not to be missed: you will discover a route of high artistic and cultural value, which leads from Via Maqueda, to the church of the Gesu 'up to the Cathedral, flanking tables of food products, colored and lively. Considered among the most authentic markets of the city in terms of gastronomic offer and quality of products. Animated by the so-called "abbanniate" that is the noisy calls of the seller who, with their characteristic and colorful local accent, try to attract the attention of passers-by. Pleasant mixture of voices, smells and colors, a corner of the city where time seems to stand still. The area where the apartment is located, is well supplied with public transport services, the Central Railway Station is 200 meters away, where it will be possible to take buses and trains to Cefalu ', Monreale, Mondello and all the tourist locations most important near Palermo.
