La Ventia is located in an excellent position for lovers of day trips and excursions dedicated to art and landscape. Just to mention the main touristic attractions you can reach the center of Perugia in just 12 minutes by car, Assisi is 30 minutes far, Gubbio, Todi, Foligno about 40 minutes, Orvieto, Norcia, Cascata delle Marmore about an hour. The "Assisi" suite is accessible by a staircase with two ramps that will take you to the first floor . The bright living room is furnished with pouf, sofa bed, wicker armchairs, piano. The parquet floor adds comfort to the living room that has a wide window showing a characteristic view of cultivated fields in the Tiber Valley. Equipped with a fully renovated bathroom and a dressing room with mirror, the bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and coffer from the 1920s.

We are a pharmacist and a ceramist international couple, managing this property together. We have a big historical residence in which we live. After years of restoration and works finally we are ready and very enthusiast to share our house with our guests.

For lovers of promenades and jogging in natural surroundings we have the start of the CAI path “via dei Cocci” exactly in front of our entrance gate, the track is connected to a series of other paths including the classic Montelabate 202, a circular route for all the ages that winds through parish churches and castles crossing valleys, woods and hills. For guests who love city life the center of Perugia offers interesting moments for meeting people and entertainment with it's museums, galleries, cinemas, restaurants, bars and clubs.
