The structure aims to meet the needs of those who, while not wanting to give up the privacy of an independent apartment, are also looking for a solution for relaxation away from the noise of the city center. Ideal for both short and medium-length stays, the apartment, with two entrances, one through the main entrance of the building and the other privately from the garden, consists of a functionally separated open-plan living and sleeping area, a fully furnished independent kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom accessible from the living area. The apartment is designed for a couple, possibly with one or more young children.
The structure is located in the hilly Molinelli district, easily accessible to all services in the area. By traveling along Via Molinelli, you can reach the Margherita Gardens and the historical center of the city in just a few minutes; going down Via Toscana and Via Parisio, you will reach the renowned private clinics Casa di Cura Madre Fortunata Toniolo and Next Fertility GynePro, respectively. The Central Station and the Bologna Fiere Exhibition Center are easily reachable both by car and by public transport via the "Viali".
