Geco Vacation Rentals offers over 500 units including: apartments, timeshares and villas all over Italy.

Property info

Rocche di Valiano is an ancient village situated in the heart of Chianti area near Siena. The structure, completely surrounded by olives groves, enjoys a spectacular view of the typical Tuscany landscape made by sweet hills and of the vast vineyards. The recent renovation doesn’t have altered the Rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The apartments are furnished with a full equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and satellite tv. Each apartment has its own private garden equipped with external tables and chairs, to enjoy outdoor meals. Instead the wonderful swimming pool with whirlpool inside (21,00m. x 7,00m. depth. 1,50-1,70) is of common use for all apartments. The customer will find on site the kit of bathroom products (hand soap, shower and underwear, toilet paper) and one for the kitchen (2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags).
