Large and bright apartment with large terrace, garden, two double bedrooms, kitchen and living room with sofa bed Given the size and outdoor space that the apartment has, it is ideal for large families or couples looking for relaxation THE HOUSE Located on the ground floor, it is equipped with air conditioning in every room, heating, washing machine, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed and a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine coffee, kettle. Unlimited wi-fi internet. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Any visitors must be notified in advance to the landlord at the time of booking or in any case before check-in. The cost of additional guests not communicated will be found posted inside the apartment. Pets are allowed but are prohibited from climbing onto beds and sofas
Born in Milan, moved to the splendid Reggio Calabria and then married and arrived in the warm Rome. I inherited this apartment and decided to transform it into a rental for tourists. I hope to be able to discover different cultures, habits and customs. I like to get involved but above all to pamper my guests
POSITION It is easily accessible - from FIUMICINO airport with the train that passes through Ostiense station which is a few minutes' walk away - just 4 Metro stops from TERMINI station It is located between the two historic districts of Testaccio and Trastevere. It is very well connected by public transport: - It is possible to reach the Colosseum on foot by taking a walk of about 20 minutes passing in front of the Circus Maximus - with a three train stop from Ostiense station (about 10 minutes away on foot) you can get to San Pietro. - about 10 minutes on foot you reach Piramide station where you can take metro B and in just 2 stops get to the Colosseum or 4 stops and get to Termini Station The two neighborhoods of Testaccio and Trastevere are full of clubs and restaurants where you can taste true Roman cuisine. Nearby you can find PARKING for your car: there are free parking areas and paid garages. The house is entirely available to guests who have booked and the spaces are not shared with anyone else.
