reception staff very helpful, good location, safe provided in room. breakfast appalling, no fresh food, even toast in sellophane packet, coffee was awful from machine, lift tiny and was not working morning of our departure so had to drag luggage down from third floor, shower tiny. |

The hotel is very convenient to the most site in the city by walking, and there are also a lot of public transportation stop near the hotel. The room is very clean, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. |

I would like to settle the room bill with my credit cards (amex, visa etc.) but the hotel asked me to settle the payment in cash only. I had to go out and looked for the atm machine and withdrawn money from Thailand! |

Very accesible and vey central. 10 min walking from Roma Termini. However poor signaling of the hotel and must pay attention not to pass down the road. Hotel is on the right side of the street when coming fm Termini. Good price though for Rome level! The bathroom is very small, you can hardly turn around :) |
