In the lively Chiaia neighborhood, Hotel Majestic is in the most exclusive shopping district in Naples. All rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV.
Score from 1019 reviews Very good
Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, a 5 minute walk from Naples Central Train Station. It features a top-floor restaurant, bar and terrace.
Score from 947 reviews Very good
Are you arriving by train in Naples? Don’t waste time on your vacation looking for your hotel; San Pietro is just 330 yards from Piazza Garibaldi and the main station.
Score from 313 reviews Wonderful
This hotel is in the center of the city, a 5-minute walk from Naples Cathedral. In an elegant building from the early 20th century it offers contemporary rooms with satellite TV.
Score from 501 reviews Excellent
Clean comfortable warm rooms. Pleasant staff. Nice breakfast. All good.
This hotel provides a perfect haven in an area that can at times be intimidating. Staff are helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was a real treat
Modern furniture, very clean and convenient. Large bathroom. No noise from the street. Possibility to have in 20mn a dinner by room service at very good price, including wine. Very nice buffet breakfast.
Wifi connexion is not ensured: sometimes you cannot be connected during several hours and you do not know why. Slow check-out because, at the reception desk, only one person is dealing with a lot of people queueing up.
Palazzo Caracciolo is really a very beautiful Hotel. The breakfast is fantastic and Laura from the Reception is a real angel. I would recommend it and I would stay again there.
They forgot to clean my room on the second day.
Spacious and elegant room with a balcony facing patio.
The rooms were comfy but average
The customer service was very bad very rude and arrogant receptionist called allesio! No peoples skills what so ever!
Great room, staff and terrific breakfast. We had booked in for 4 nights at the start of our trip, and decided to return to Naples and Palazzo Caracciolo for the last 4 nights of our trip. We did not have breakfast included for the first stay, but got it included in the deal for our second stay.
Walking the neighbourhood around the police station was a bit discomforting after midnight, although no real hassles, just not as populated as the other areas of Naples we were wandering. We took cabs to and from the hotel late at night after that.
After a bit of complaint, the bed was removed although it was late. The lady at FO managed my temper and had the job done, what the other did not. I felt sorry for her, but I was really upset.
Had to mentioned 3 times to have the third bed closed, at the last request i really got annoyed. Communication between Front Office and Housekeeping can be a bit better. The wifi, you have to sign in, everytime you come back to the hotel.A bit ennoying Room 320 was wibrating, each time the Metro was passing by, which was not the case in room 315
Very helpful and kindness from the first moment to the last.
the decoration too bright and smashing red . The only bad note for the very lovely architecture and space.
very quiet and confortable room. Great building and location
Bad taste decoration, specially on common areas of The hotel
It's a beautiful building close to a metro line. Really good value for money.
Not the best location in Napoli. Wifi is made difficult to first access. Room service mark up and cost to deliver ($15 to bring to your room) were a joke.
The staff were all very polite and very helpful. Good value for money and good central location. Excellent transfer service to the airport.
Bathroom needed some attention around the bath there was a large build up of lime scale and some black mold where the silicone had perished.
Chill out abends im stylischen Innenhof
Beautiful restoration of the building in keeping with the old city. Excellent location. Very helpful staff (including the porters at the entrance). Excellent dinner in the restaurant.
Breakfast not as extensive as others on our trip.
Once you left the hotel, the area is a mess
Facility quite new
Total chaos of city. Old quater is fascinating . Museum is a must.
Filth in streets. Tour buses not running due to "protest" no wifi in Hotel.
It was like heaven between caos. Napoli is dirty, scary etc. So, this hotel is like a heaven there. Did not took a step out of the hotel. The best breakfast I´v ever had in a hotel! Rooms are good. Fancy hotel!
Beautiful building, lobby and patio. For a standard room I was very surprise since it was like a suite, very comfortable. Breakfast was great and only for 12 Euro. Dinner at night was very pleasant. Concierge was very helpful, we got a private tour with a small group to Amalfi Coast and it was fantastic.
The neighborhood was a little scary since is in the center of the city. I didn't feel comfortable walking around at night time. Although people around were local no much tourists, but people were nice.
Great room with views over the old middle age patio, we got an upgrade to a better room. Great location!
breakfast was rather poor, less than an hour before closing there was no longer bread available
This hotel is in a historic building built round a beautiful galleried courtyard. We had a terrace overlooking the courtyard outside our room which was very nice. The room decoration is clean and modern but nothing special. The bathroom is good. The public spaces are very nice and the service is good. The area is a bit seedy but very central and atmospheric. We much preferred it to staying beside the sea. The traditional pastries at breakfast are fantastic!
There were problems with the wi-fi when we were there.
The staff were all super-friendly and helpful. We lovedthe actual building and the inner courtyards. When you arrive from the busy Naples streets it is like entering a wonderful oasis. I think the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the room was very quiet.
Strange system with getting a wifi connection and I had to keep asking at the reception, which was irritating for both me and them!
The Hotel is a magnificent and refurbished old palace. Minutes to the Train Station and downtown shopping, it is a great value for anyone visiting Naples and surrounding islands for it is also located near the Port.
The front desk should be better coordinated. They are friendly and accommodating. However they don t have the information a traveler needs like...taxi rides, limo rides to airport and their cost.. breakfast charges...business center operation
Very comfortable room bed and pillows fab quite even though I had room to front of hotel colleagues had room facing courtyard that had large balcony very enjoyable stay
Didn't have food as only overnight so can't comment nothing negative to say.
