Hotel is walk-able from the central station in a few minutes. Most major tourist attractions can be walked from the hotel easily. Staff very helpful. Very comfortable rooms.

WiFi was unreliable and did not work in the room (worked in the lobby).

Location close to Old Town. Abundant breakfast. Bed was big and so comfy.

Location is near the Old Town which makes it also near the poorer part Of the town. My Napolitan friend wouldn't even walk around there at night. The hotel also start to show signs of wear. Ongoing construction in the courtyard starts at 10am.

We loved this hotel. We booked 2 nights and stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable. Lovely courtyard that makes you forget about the hussle and bustle of Naples. Breakfast was great with a wide choice. We paid £70 per night and thought it was excellent value in a good location in the heart of the city.

Can't think of anything. Thank you

Clean, newly renovated, modern hotel with central courtyard, breakfast included, wifi free by login. We had 2 side by side, but not connecting rooms (with our teenage kids) each room with full marble bath, AC, desk & coffee table, sofa, international cable tv, veranda facing courtyard, white leather headboard, down duvets, silver satin pillows- luxurious. Located in somewhat seedy center of town (xxx), but close to best pizzerias and excellent local outdoor patio restaurants, convenient to subway, museums, charming pedestrian streets. Airport/ ferry port 15mins by taxi with no traffic. Must try outdoor pizzeria down the street "De Martino" €4 for giant and superb classic Margherita pie...!

Logging onto wifi was spotty initially, but satisfactory. Unfortunately each device needed a separate login password code. No big deal, just a little cumbersome.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was excellent.

The area of location was a bit seedy and within the first hour of being in Naples one of the travelers had a necklace stolen/ripped off her neck as we walked on the streets to get a bite to eat. It may the beginning of our trip feel a bit uncomfortable

Hotel cleanliness and comfort of room and beds.

Restaurant Staff not tentative at all for Evening Dinner at hotel restaurant. Waited in excess of 10 minutes for our drinks at evening dinner after ordering - had to ask again. Had to ask for basic things like bread and accompanyments. Cannot park outside hotel - Valet Park Charges expensive

First off the breakfast was great. Lots of good stuff. The bacon looked undercooked but wasn't and instead was very tasty. Location is good, the hotel is easy to find (look for the biggest building with flags and two massive wooden doors), it is also close to the train station (10-15min walk). Beds where very confortable. Staff was nice and respectful. Overall it really enjoyed the stay.

The shower/tub had a glass door that wasn't very usefull. Each time you took a shower half of the bathroom (which was very spacious and nice) became a shallow pond. Doesn't really apply to the actual hotel but whatever. The historical area/center is pretty poor (as in income per capita) and therefore not clean... don't be thrown away because of that. Also be carefull with the traffic specialy with scooters, they won't stop for pedestrians anywhere. And don't wait for them to let you cross, because they won't either. Make a run for it, once you are in the middle of the street they usually stop ;) (this does not apply to scooters though).

    We enjoyed the hotel courtyard.

Bellmen are just standing in front of the door, not helping neither greeting hotel guests. It would be better for everyone to place a pleasant statue instead.

The value was excellent and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic also. People may complain about the location but we found it fine. It can seem intimidating if you've not been to Naples before but its only a short walk to both Centrale Station and Via Tribunali which is the heart and soul of the city.

A former palace, the facility was charming and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Located in a "real" neighborhood of Naples, not much tourist activity around, but easy enough to get a taxi to the water front and not a far walk to the sites of the ancient city. I would stay again if I am lucky enough to get back to Naples!!!

Hotel and Restaurant excellent and the ambience of the courtyard is fantastico! We would definitely recommend this hotel. It's an easy 20 minute walk from the main train station and a 40 minute walk to the ferry harbour.

Having been to Napoli before we had no problem walking to the hotel but some people may be put off due to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area.

The hotel was like and oasis

Napoli - it was dirty and we were ripped off at a coffee house - €10 for a small bottle of water which we did not ask for.
