Dating back to the late 1800s, UNA Napoli is a grand hotel in central Naples, a 5 minute walk from Naples Central Train Station. It features a top-floor restaurant, bar and terrace.
Score from 930 reviews Very good
The Royal Continental is right on Naples' seafront promenade, in a quiet neighborhood. It features a stunning rooftop pool, with panoramic views out over the Bay of Naples and Castel dell'Ovo.
Score from 1787 reviews Very good
Are you arriving by train in Naples? Don’t waste time on your vacation looking for your hotel; San Pietro is just 330 yards from Piazza Garibaldi and the main station.
Score from 165 reviews Wonderful
This hotel is in the center of the city, a 5-minute walk from Naples Cathedral. In an elegant building from the early 20th century it offers contemporary rooms with satellite TV.
Score from 449 reviews Excellent
Beautiful restoration of the building in keeping with the old city. Excellent location. Very helpful staff (including the porters at the entrance). Excellent dinner in the restaurant.
Breakfast not as extensive as others on our trip.
Once you left the hotel, the area is a mess
Total chaos of city. Old quater is fascinating . Museum is a must.
Filth in streets. Tour buses not running due to "protest" no wifi in Hotel.
It was like heaven between caos. Napoli is dirty, scary etc. So, this hotel is like a heaven there. Did not took a step out of the hotel. The best breakfast I´v ever had in a hotel! Rooms are good. Fancy hotel!
Beautiful building, lobby and patio. For a standard room I was very surprise since it was like a suite, very comfortable. Breakfast was great and only for 12 Euro. Dinner at night was very pleasant. Concierge was very helpful, we got a private tour with a small group to Amalfi Coast and it was fantastic.
The neighborhood was a little scary since is in the center of the city. I didn't feel comfortable walking around at night time. Although people around were local no much tourists, but people were nice.
Great room with views over the old middle age patio, we got an upgrade to a better room. Great location!
breakfast was rather poor, less than an hour before closing there was no longer bread available
This hotel is in a historic building built round a beautiful galleried courtyard. We had a terrace overlooking the courtyard outside our room which was very nice. The room decoration is clean and modern but nothing special. The bathroom is good. The public spaces are very nice and the service is good. The area is a bit seedy but very central and atmospheric. We much preferred it to staying beside the sea. The traditional pastries at breakfast are fantastic!
There were problems with the wi-fi when we were there.
The staff were all super-friendly and helpful. We lovedthe actual building and the inner courtyards. When you arrive from the busy Naples streets it is like entering a wonderful oasis. I think the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the room was very quiet.
Strange system with getting a wifi connection and I had to keep asking at the reception, which was irritating for both me and them!
The Hotel is a magnificent and refurbished old palace. Minutes to the Train Station and downtown shopping, it is a great value for anyone visiting Naples and surrounding islands for it is also located near the Port.
The front desk should be better coordinated. They are friendly and accommodating. However they don t have the information a traveler needs like...taxi rides, limo rides to airport and their cost.. breakfast charges...business center operation
Very comfortable room bed and pillows fab quite even though I had room to front of hotel colleagues had room facing courtyard that had large balcony very enjoyable stay
Didn't have food as only overnight so can't comment nothing negative to say.
Very big smart rooms with good size bathroom and good shower pressure. Efficient helpful staff for very busy hotel. Set taxi fare to airport. Old Naples is here with all it's charm of narrow streets, noise and chaos. We stayed on 2 occasions
Naples is now a run down city with filthy streets and lazy laise fare attitude. Did not feel comfortable walking lanes at night due to scooter riders.
Very helpful efficient staff, lovely comfortable clean rooms and very nice setting around an internal courtyard where breakfast drinks etc served.
The staff here could not do enough for me, & as a person who has celiac they help with gluten free eating was fantastic.
we were upgraded to a junior suite because they had no room with twin beds. the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station. it is in a former mansion. it is exceptional.
Bathroom smelt of cigarettes.
Situated 10 minutes away walking from the Central Train Station and a few minutes away from the Historical Centre of Naples. Quiet and clean.
WiFi connection was very poor but it improved significantly when we left. Not all the members of the staff were trained to work in a 4 stars hotel.
You need to sign in everytime you want to use the wifi connection
Naples is a busy and chaotic city that can be overwhelming. This hotel is a quiet haven that feels safe and comfortable. Good outdoor space, interesting breakfast, friendly breakfast service
Our room was a bit on the small side.
The bed was actually one whole bed instead of two twin beds pushed together. It had a super plush mattress pad and was extremely comfortable. Their was central air conditioning and the bed linens were very modern and super comfortable. Little touches like the artwork, the dedicated reading lights for each side of the bed, etc. were really nice. The bathroom was amazing compared to the other places we stayed in Europe. It had a true rainfall shower head, a separate detachable sprayer, lots of space, a big vanity with vanity lighting, etc. We loved the room! Nice courtyard where you could order drinks. Super friendly front desk staff.
The location was not good, although I think that's probably true for a lot of Naples unless you're on the water. The area around the hotel is pretty terrible, but there's security standing at the courtyard entrance to the hotel. We felt safe enough just catching taxis from the hotel to get places (we didn't walk anywhere from the hotel).
Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The building is very pretty and the room was very comfortable. Location is not optimal, but close enough to walk to the train station.
The hotel has a pretty good location, unless you are looking for some more upscale eating options.
the welcome by the staff their kindness
the location but maybe because i didn;t have enough time to visit the area
Can't recommend this place enough. Despite having a room facing the street it was silent at night with double glazed windows, shutters then double door. Bed comfy, linen all very good quality. We loved it.
Wifi doesn't really work.
Rooms with high ceilings. Excellent amenities. Loved it. Don't think about it, go go go!
Location and cleanliness
It's not similar to Mgallery-Paris, neither other accor hotel where you can find in every room the tea and nescafe with the teapot.. I asked the staff and they informed me because my room isn't a junior suite, which wasn't a good answer in my point of view since evry room in all accor hotels of france, these things are a must in rooms..
Everything was just right. In the middle of the chaos of Naples the hotel offers everything you need and want to relax and enjoy yourself. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. The staff friendly and useful. The variety and quality of the food for breakfast fantastic. They also have a restaurant with a nice menu. We really enjoyed our stay. I would not go anywhere else in Naples!
