Comfortable, bright and cosy flat, located in the heart of the Flaminio district, a few steps away from Ponte Milivio, the Auditorium and the Maxxi; In a strategic position to reach Piazzale Flaminio and the very central Piazza del Popolo in 10 minutes (by tram with reserved lane). Near the flat, numerous restaurants, bars and a convenient supermarket. The house consists of an entrance hall, a very quiet double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a terrace and a charming view of Piazza dei Carracci. Many books of various literary genres are at guests' disposal. The city tax must be paid upon arrival. For stays longer than 10 nights, a payment will be due relating to the cost of intermediate cleaning. It is a necessary condition that is accepted by confirming the booking. The cost is equal to the one already incurred applied at the time of booking. Payment must be paid before arrival and agreed with the host
