It will be a pleasure for me to welcome you and suggest, if you wish, the best places to combine culture with the pleasures of good food. I wait for you in my Pied à terre.

Property info

Pied à terre - Atelier is a modern and refined accommodation, completely renovated in facilities and furnishings. It is particularly suitable for groups of friends and large families: it has 12 beds divided into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen / dining room. It is suitable for those who want to be very close to the historic center (300 meters walk from the Arena), but outside the Limited Traffic Zone. It has 2 free high-speed Wi-Fi connection lines. The apartment is located on the third floor and is endowed with elevator. The check-in time is from 4 PM: access is via electronic key (communicated via SMS), allowing the arrival even late at no additional costs. Obviously, we will personally welcome you the next morning. The check-out is before 11 AM, with the possibility of free and unattended storage of luggage at the entrance of the apartment until 8 PM on the day of check-out.

The apartment is located in an elegant district, close to the historic center, but outside the Limited Traffic Zone: on foot the Arena is 300 m away, Giulietta’s Grave 500 m., via Mazzini 550 m., Giulietta’s Home 900 m., Piazza Erbe 1.000 m. The area is very well served; the nearest essential exercises are: - laundry / dry cleaning: 40 meters away on foot, in Via Tezone 1a; - bank: 130 meters away on foot, in Stradone Scipione Maffei 12a; - supermarket: 200 meters away on foot, in Piazza Cittadella 32; - pharmacy: 270 meters away on foot, in Stradone San Fermo 40; - post office: 290 meters away on foot, in Via del Pontiere 3e. There are many bars, pizzerias and restaurants: you will find all the detailed information in the apartment. For any need, we will be happy to inform you personally of everything you desire.
