Large and elegant apartment in one of the most historic streets of the city. 4 minutes from the Duomo, 6 from the Castle and 5 from the Station.. The house is located in a quiet courtyard of Via Aquileia recently renovated, where you can enjoy private parking. The modern and refined style of the furniture is combined with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space consists of two rooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room, a dining room and a comfortable outdoor terrace.
The apartment has two bedrooms: the first with king-size bed, a large wardrobe and the bathroom in the next room, while the second with queen-size bed and bathroom with private access.. The living room represents the heart of the apartment: bright, and elegant.. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, several designer sconces and a 42" Smart Tv. From here you can access the lovely terrace where you can drink a coffee in the open air or have an aperitif with friends.. On the opposite side of the living room is the dining room with a large blue design table that can accommodate up to six people. The windowed kitchen is equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine Lavazza pods, American coffee machine and kettle.. Both bathrooms have spacious showers with Shampoo and Bath-Foam, bidet, sink and the necessary appliances such as hair dryer and washing machine. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets and duvets: everything you need to make your stay perfect.
