Villa Simona is located within the Castelverde neighborhood. For guests, there is a private outdoor parking area right at the entrance of the townhouses. Our address is number 83, and at the entrance gate, you will find a master lock with keys to open the main door. You are welcomed by an outdoor courtyard where you can also have lunch or dinner. LIVING AREA Spacious living room equipped with a 32" 4K Smart TV, with access to Netflix using our subscription and other platforms like Prime Video, YouTube, and Disney Plus using your own account. High-speed fiber internet connection. In the living area, you will also find a large dining table for meals when you want to cook, and a coffee and tea corner with a welcome supply of herbal teas and complimentary coffee capsules for you to enjoy upon arrival and during your stay. The kitchen, located in the same living area, is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, and a complete set of utensils. SLEEPING AREA On the ground floor, the first master bedroom, equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor, the second bedroom with a one-and-a-half-size sofa bed, suitable for 2 adults as well. There are 2 spacious bathrooms, one on each floor, both with a shower enclosure, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Castelverde is a neighborhood in the eastern part of Rome, mostly populated by families and young couples who have chosen to escape the city's hustle and bustle in favor of larger, greener spaces while remaining in a strategic location to reach the city center quickly. The neighborhood offers essential services such as bars, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, bakeries, and hair salons. Just a few kilometers away from Lunghezza station, you can also enjoy the services of the large shopping center "Roma est Public transportation to reach the city center: Bus 314 to Lunghezza station; Train to Tiburtina or Termini station; Bus to Metro C station Finocchio, heading towards Rome San Giovanni. If you want to facilitate your travels, I recommend having a car or scooter, which you can easily park in the garden of the house.
