Cozy 70 sqm apartment: 2 double/triple rooms with with walk-in wardrobe, furnished living room, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by artistic and cultural sites, excellent restaurants and pizzerias. The apartment is very bright and panoramic, located in a very quiet historic building at the 1st floor. Equipped with balcony, all rooms have windows with view on the typical green landscape. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are furnished and the kitchen has all the necessary for cooking. You can use the public parking next to the apartment.
I'm Giuseppe, travel addicted. At my side is my mom, who assists me and cooperates with me. We are both at the complete disposal of our guests, ready to help them and suggest the best advices during their vacation. It is our concern to give them the best welcome and make them feel good in our location. We live in Ischia and we are glad to host and guide you around the beauties of this lovely island. Residenza Celeste al 28 enjoys a strategic position, located in a very quiet street, a step away from the district of Ischia Ponte, where the Aragonese Castle lies in. Walking from the apartment you can easily reach Corso Vittoria Colonna (Via Roma), known as the main walking street in downtown for its shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is far only 5 minutes walking. All the other sea places are easily reachable. The apartment is also well connected by bus lines that allow you to comfortably get Ischia Porto and Riva Destra, Cartaromana (all easily reachable on footas well) and the other municipalities of the island: Casamicciola, Lacco Ameno, Forio, Serrara Fontana and Barano.
