Bright 120 sqm apartment located on the eighth floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for the disable). The property is located in the "Trieste" district, just 500 meters from "Libia" underground station, which allows you to reach Termini Station and various attractions in the center (Circus Maximus and Colosseum). The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, sofa, armchair, dining table and access to the terrace; - KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), small dining table, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, blender, juicer, wine glasses, kitchenware, TV and access to the terrace; - TERRACE with table and chairs (with extendable awning); - BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, TV and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and desk; - TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedrooms), central heating, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack and soundproof windows. Closet with washing machine. Pets allowed upon request and upon payment of a supplement. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
