The parking is private and right in front of the room. The room is quite large for three people. The area is very quiet and very safe. The self-check-in instructions were clear.

The accommodation is a bit remote and it is advisable to have transport if you stay here. For me and my son it was ideal with safe and secure parking for our motorcycles. It also had air conditioning which was a real bonus in the sweltering 38 degrees C temperature. Although we didn’t get to meet with Marco, the owner, he was always contactable and the instructors he gave were clear and concise. We were attending the World Superbike races in Imola and visiting the Ducati museum In Bologna, it was good for both.

Very cozy single-room apartment on the Hills outside the city. As we wanted above all a quiet accomodation we were very happy with our choice. A lot of space and everything nice and clean. Breakfast was provided beforehand. Ample parking available, free of charge. Spacious and comfortable queen-sized bed. AC available for hot/cold days.

Very nice location also if a little isolated and, with bad weather, not to comfortable to reach. It was curious the fact that I didn't see anyone (we did everything by phone/whatsapp), but for some it can be nice, from the privacy point of view. Nice room and bathroom, possibility to park inside the structure, absolutely quiet at night, comfortable bed, breakfast made with packaged snacks but more than enough, with coffe and tea machine in the room. Extremely worth for the money.

The location was great. It was far enough from the city to find peace, but still close enough to be in the city just in a few minutes. Getting there by car, thought, is crucial. The room was cozy, fresh and cool, which was almost unbelievable regarding the local temperature. The breakfast was not my cup of tea, because I don't prefer sweet breakfast, but for someone who likes sweet breakfast it was ok.
