The Seta apartment is a modern studio flat of about 30m2 located on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Bologna, a few steps away from Via d'Azeglio and close to Piazza Maggiore. Recently renovated down to the smallest detail, it consists of a single room that has the dual function of living area and sleeping area. The living area is completed with a small sofa, a modern dining table, as well as a flat screen TV. The room is completed by a functional kitchenette including all appliances and a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people thanks to the sofa that converts into a single bed. The finishes and furnishings create a very functional environment also with generous storage spaces for longer stays. The apartment is ideal for couples, families with one child and for those who want to be in the heart of the city, but in a very quiet residential context.
