Strategically located apartment : 1,7 km from Santa Maria Novella train station - 3,5 km from Florence airport - Via Danti – Close to the tramway stop. Easily accessible (no steps), elevator, 97 sqm, 3rd floor, 6 sleeps, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. Very quiet apartment on one level, spacious entrance. Spacious living room with queen size sofa, dining area and balcony. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with a shower. Kitchen complete with appliances (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, American coffee machine, coffee pod machine, toaster, little electric oven, ) and balcony with washing machine. FACILITIES: air conditioning (in the kitchen there is a ceiling fan) , free wi-fi, independent heating, TV, hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels, child’s cot and high chair (on request). Garage very close to the apartment. Europcar, Hertz and Avis 10/15 minutes by car Tramway stop - Leonardo Da Vinci: 2 minutes on foot (T2).
The apartment is located in a vibrant and trendy residential area of Florence, filled with numerous restaurants and venues, yet it does not lose its deep historical value. Nestled next to green gardens, the square it overlooks is bordered by the Mugnone River which, in Roman times, flowed alongside the city walls towards the west, thus also serving a defensive role. This role continued into the Middle Ages when its course was altered with the city's expansion and the consequent construction of new city walls. Just a few minutes from the residence, one can visit the Stibbert Museum with its wonderful armors. Continuing the walk, one can admire the city from the poetic hills surrounding it and discover the majestic Medici Villas that have been maintained and preserved to this day.
