Wonderful place in the country. Outstanding service from Luisa, every morning for breakfast. Luisa also did our wine tasting, which we thoroughly enjoyed, well worth it! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool with lunch and drinks, restroom, towels and umbrellas set up quickly by pool attendants. We rented the bikes and went all over the vineyards.

Established in 1976, Venturini Baldini is an award-winning producer of organic lambrusco and sparkling wines grown on 32ha vineyards as well as a historical producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP from Reggio Emilia under the brand ‘Acetaia di Canossa’. Home to one of the oldest vinegar cellars dating back to the 17th century, holding more than 400 small barrels of balsamic vinegar and published in many magazines around the world

Relais Roncolo 1888 is the boutique hotel of the 130 ha winery Tenuta Venturini Baldini, situated at the heart of the Food Valley and Motor Valley in Emilia, between Parma and Reggio Emilia, and in close driving distance to Modena and Bologna. Dating back to the 17th century, the estate is home to Villa Manodori and one of the oldest vinegar cellars in the region. The property has been recently renovated to exacting standards, offering 17 rooms and suites of discreet luxury. Guests can enjoy an outdoors pool and small gym as well as yoga classes and spa treatments. The restaurant in the historic greenhouse, Ristorante Limonaia, offers a fine-dining experience in a relaxed environment, overlooking the green nature of the estate. On site experiences include a balsamic experience, wine tastings, cooking classes, and motor valley experiences.
