Property info

Luxury and spacious boutique holiday apartment in the medieval fortified town of Montone, Italy. Unique and beautifully restored two bedroom apartment with marble lined bathrooms, including ensuite with freestanding bath. Apartment is fully furnished offering the same comfort as a hotel, equipped with everything you need to cook with, glasses and plates to olive oil & coffee, fresh bed linen and towels for the pool. Enjoy a sunrise balcony to have breakfast and another to watch the sunset over the hills of Umbria with a glass of wine and log fire. Sustainability & the planet: All our products are now organic, plant based and Vegan friendly. The toilet paper, kitchen paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash, soap, dish washing machine liquid, sink dish washing liquid, washing machine powder, and even the cleaning products our cleaners clean the apartment with. These are all supplied by local Italian company Winni's. The wellness centre is a few minutes walk from the apartment and the outdoor pool is only open in the summer months. The first day of use of the pool is complimentary, repeat use is at an additional charge.

Neighborhood info

Montone is a stunning old hill town in the countryside of Italy. You cannot drive in as you have to park on the outskirts of the town next to the fortified walls! It is then just a few minutes walk to the apartments from you car. This makes wondering around the streets really safe as no traffic and the town is really lovely part of Italy. Montone has 7 restaurants to choose from, a bakery and a grocery store. The neighbouring towns, including Assisi, are a short drive a way if you want to venture out and see more of Italy, including the many vineyards.
