During your vacation you will be just a stone's throw from all the major tourist attractions of the region: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, and Sienese and Chianti. Borgo 3 is a three-room deluxe apartment of 84sqm with access from an ancient courtyard, located on the second floor of the building with access without elevator that is part of a block of 6 other apartments. You will find inside a large living room (TV) with fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, dishwasher and moka coffee machine and two bedrooms with the possibility of adding a third bed. Bathroom with shower and linen on arrival. There is no air conditioning inside this property but the thick old walls provide excellent insulation from heat and cold; heating is still available in winter. Small welcome kits with toiletries, toilet paper, recycling bags and soap for the dishes and dishwasher are provided on arrival, which will be sufficient for the first few days; each guest will then be able to find all the necessary products within the supermarkets near the facility. It is possible to request a baby crib for an extra fee per day to be paid on site. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
