Property info

Unique and very special, Torre Nuova has been converted from a historic tower dating back to 1820, and is now a luxurious holiday home. Everything about this villa is impressive. The house is very private, set behind high gates, and beyond the walls it is circled by neat olive groves. A large pool is reached via a sweeping staircase. Spend the day here relaxing on the cabana-style sunbeds, surrounded by well-tended gardens, lawns and olive trees. It is equipped with everything you could need from a poolside sound system to extensive outdoor living that includes a kitchen, pizza oven, barbecue, two outdoor dining areas and bathroom. The interior is stylish and, while some of the tower’s historic features have been preserved, comfort hasn’t been sacrificed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, the living areas are spacious and the kitchen contemporary. Close to Castellana Grotte, with its famous caves, Torre Nuova is an exclusive resort-style retreat for those who seek the very best of Puglia.
