The location and city of Erice There are always problems when you are staying in a 1000 year old building on top on a mountain. The hotel is an experience and is the best available. |

was a beautiful place to stay. room was great, bathroom was amazing. breakfast was nice but wasn't much of it at 9am. would stay again if the opportunity came around |

gut ist die Lage des Hotels und die Restaurierung der Burg gelungen, die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wunderschöne Ausicht völlig inkompetentes Personal, da nur eine kleine Zahl an Zimmern zur Verfügung stehen, ist kaum Personal vorhanden; das Frühstücksbuffet, das etwas bescheiden ist für den Preis, war eine Stunde nach Beginn noch immer nicht angerichtet |

No hay servicio de recepcion casi nunca, cierran la recepcion y se van sin posibilidad de contactar, no hay indicacion de donde esta ubicado el bar para los desayunos, en definitiva no hay personal para atenderte. Un verdadero desastre !!!!!! - el hotel esta situado en una zona donde no se puede acceder en automovil, por tanto, hay que acarrear con las maletas mas de 300 metros. |

Il ristorante dell'hotel propone piatti curatissimi ed eccellenti.L'hotel si trova in un contesto splendido sotto tutti i punti di vista! Il mio giudizio è più che ottimo. Forse la pulizia delle camere potrebbe essere migliore...(per esempio il copriletto era macchiato in più punti ed il muro vicino al bagno era schizzato di qualcosa di unto! Lo scarico della doccia era intasato). |

La situation de l'hôtel est extrordinaire. Le parc qui l'entoure est magnifique. Les chambres sont très belles et grandes, ainsi que la salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel, c'est dommage car le soir nous avions dîner à l'hôtel et c'était excellent. |
