- Anselmo, the manager is a real gentleman and he was very helpful during our stay. Our room was very neat and clean with a large window opening to a nice and quite alley. They offer daily room service, AC and a brand new mini fridge. - Location is great, just steps away from Termini station, a main subway line and a bus stop. Anselmo may not be the best English speaker, yet he is smart and there to help you all the time. Just use Google translate and you find yourself chatting with him about anything. -The place is a great value for money with its pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

- the place was always clean and tidy which I love!!!! - the owners are a welcoming friendly Italian family, they even give us a route to follow special spots in Rome besides the touristic places, they also gave us some tips on what and where to eat which was very helpful and well recommended - they have a lovely dog, Minu, we loved her (we are very pet friendly) - they were always respectful with our space and intimacy ( the owners lived there) - the house is pure vintage, a gem if you like this sort of decoration - the place is super close to the subway, the Coliseum and St Maria Maggiore Basilica (you must visit); you can get anywhere and just a few minutes. - we were always out and we were really tired to keep all organized but they always keep our room in order (bed made, no trash, a brand new bottle of water) and we really appreciate that - bathroom was always clean, water running smoothly hot and cold

The hosts were an old couple very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. With a window to a big interior courtyard and it was very quiet

The house was located close to the train station (5min walking distance) and to the centre. The old man who is the host was very helpful and hospitable (he wasn't speaking English but we managed to communicate with him). It did felt like we were living in our parent's place but there was nothing wrong with it. I enjoyed it! As about the room, it was confortable and the bathroom (shared) was always clean and there was warm room. Do have your flip-flops with you, since the bathroom is on the same corner with the shower.

Convenient and safe location, few minutes from Roma Termini, metro stop infront of the building, walking distance to Colloseum and other tourist spots. Extremely nice and hospitable hosts/owners, the hosts provided us with electric kettle, mugs, tea and cold bottle of water was brought to our room when we arrived. Bathroom and room were clean. We had privacy all the time. Check in and check out went smoothly.

Excellent location. walking distance Roma Termini, colosseum and other attractions. Metro station few meters away. The place is very clean and comfortable. beds are made and towels changed daily. The owners are very nice and respectful. we had a great stay.
