Host Info

A cozy three-room apartment with separate kitchen is located on the fifth attic floor of a building without a lift in a small and quiet via Amerigo Vespucci, just 250 meters from the beach. The bathroom (with a small sit-in bath) and the children's room have slopinng ceilings ( see photo).The Apartment is equiped with everything for relaxation: a small refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave oven,a washing mashine, a dryer, an iron. Air conditioning in every room. Pizzeria,bar, shops, pharmacy and market(on Mondays) are all nearby. Scalea-S.Domenica Talao railway station is a 15 minute walk away ( only 1200 m). An interesting feature is that from all 3 rooms and from the kitchen yuo have access to a thirty-five-meter terrace (35 sqm), which surrounds the entire apartment, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city, the sea and mountains. We hope you enjoy your stay in this medieval city, located on the shores of the purest blue sea. P.S. New windows and shutters have recently been installed in the apartment.
