Villa de' Maestri is a tipical Italian tasting house in the very center of Lucca, Tuscany. Located on the top of a renaissance building, Villa De Maestri has been completely rebuilt by me, its owner, to donate a new life to this building. During this process I kept an eye to sustainability and the environmental impact, but I maintained all the caracteristics that are tipical of a the real Italian houses. Inside my house, you can find the late 50' forniture I restored, and all the modern facilities you can need, like a WI FI connection, smart TVs in each room and a large laundry. The use of energy is designed to be responsible (climate friendly electricity and a modern heating systrem) and recycling is a priority. On my large balcony (you can use it to have breakfast, your happy hour or just sit and relax) is not unusual tu ear somebody playing a Puccini's air in the nearby. Our partners can organize small trips, cooking lessons or private dinner for you, just ask for! Tuscany is waiting for you, just come, and enjoy a Real Italian Experience
Needless to say I'm really into travel, and after I've travelled alla around the world I decided to open my house to other travellers, in order to let them discover the real taste of life in the center of a real medieval city in Tuscany. Me and my Co-Host Fabio are really glad to welcome you to Villa de'Maestri, please fell free to contact us for info about your stay here in Lucca, we are just here to help you to feel comfortable and to make your stay in Lucca a unique experience.
Visiting the Puccini's house in the nearby, having a thermal bath in Montecatini Terme, or just having a walk on the medieval walls are all marvellous activities you can choose to spend your time here in Lucca. If you are interested in culture you'd love to pay a visit to Pisa, Florence or Siena, or if you are a wine lover, it just takes a hour driving from here to Chianti. Instead if you preferer slow turism, best you can do is just wandering around the center of my city, one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world. Please feel free to ask, we are just glad tu suggest other advices you can take!
