Villa inside a private park with a large terrace directly overlooking Como Lake with views of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio. ▓ The house is on three floors • garden level: living room and bathroom • ground floor: large living room / kitchen • first floor: double bedroom, 2-bedded room, single room and bathroom. ▓ Guests will have at their disposal the whole house and will have access to the portion of the garden shown in the pictures. ▓ Only the booked number of Guests are admitted inside the property. ▓ No party allowed ▓ No pets allowed inside the property. ▓ Smoking allowed only outside. ▓ According to: (EU) 2022/1369 (coordinated demand-reduction measures for gas) homes allowed temperatures: • Winter heating - max 19 °C with tolerance + 2 °C up to 14 hours a Day (between 5AM and 23PM) beginning October 15th to April 15th. • Air conditioning: min 26 °C with tolerance - 2 °C ▓ Guests are kindly asked to: • secure the shutters to their hooks • make sure that doors and windows do not slam due to the wind • raise the sun awnings when there is a risk of thunderstorms, at night and when not at home • not move furniture from one room to another or outside or in the garden ▓ Beds will be prepared with sheets and pillowcase according to the following schema: • 2 Guests - double bed in Bedroom 1 • 3 Guests - double bed in Bedroom 1, 1 single in Bedroom 2 • 4 Guests - double bed in Bedroom 1, 2 single in Bedroom 2 • 5 Guests - double bed in Bedroom 1, 2 single in Bedroom 2, 1 single in Bedroom 3 ▓ For hygienic reasons Guests should not: • sleep in beds without sheets and pillowcases (each booked guest has his own bed ready for the night). • unfold the sofa and use it as a sofa bed to sleep in Any costs for sanitizing mattresses and pillows used improperly will be charged to guests + Cir 097043-CNI-00051
