After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a contract, as required by Italian law. Security deposit of eur 1.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of eur 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of eur 3.000 in case of damages. Surcharge for pets: 100,00 eur per stay EXTRA ON REQUEST Mid-stay extra linen and towels: 25,00 eur per person Baby cot and high chair: 25,00 eur per stay Extra midweek cleaning: EUR 30.00 per hour per cleaner If a cot and high chair is requested, payment of 25 Eur only for the cot will be required, the high chair is free. If they require only the high chair, the cost will be 25 Eur.

The villa is ideal for two families and children . Equipped with all the amenities providing our visitors to enjoy a relaxing holiday ever. It consists of a large kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer; the rooms are arranged on two sides: on one side a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower, and on the other one, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning . Outside under a wide dining pergola it is possible to have lunch in front of the swimming pool and have moments of a total relaxation in a lounge area with sofa and armchairs. Covered Kitchenette with wood oven , barbecue and kitchenette with stove and sink. Solarium equipped with deck chairs and sofas. 2 outdoor showers with hot water. Parking with covered parking spaces. Free WI-FI.
