Villa Nina is a charming villa with swimming pool in Le Marche region, located in a dominant position in the seaside city of Pesaro. The villa is located in the tranquility of Le Marche countryside just 6 km from the Adriatic coast. Its strategic position enables the guests to easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the region, from those of the San Bartolo reserve to the Conero Riviera, passing the most renowned inland borgos, such as Gradara and Urbino. The property is entirely fenced-in. With its own independent access, the housekeeper lives in a wing of the property, ready to satisfy every need of the guest while keeping the highest privacy. The villa is set on two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is the large living area with comfortable sofas, a TV area with fireplace as decoration only, a lovely sitting room, a bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen with direct access to the porch with tables, chairs and outdoor sofas, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade. Next to the porch there is a brick barbecue for typical summer grill. The villa offers large windows with direct access to the garden around the entire perimeter of the property. From the main entrance you access the upper floor where there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom connected to a single bedroom with the possibility of adding an additional single bed; both bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with shower. Along the corridor there is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds connected to a large double bedroom, both bedrooms are sharing a bathroom with shower. In the pool area there is a toilet and changing room with two showers.
