Villa Olivia is a charming B&B strategically located in the city centre of Bergamo, close to the Old Upper Town (Citta Alta), Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital, San Francesco, Castelli and Palazzolo clinics and Milan Bergamo International Airport. The B&B includes three elegant rooms carefully furnished. They are independent from the rest of the property and together share an entrance/breakfast hall. Privacy is assured. Here, everyone who wishes to spend a few days in an art city or is travelling for business will find it an ideal place.
Villa Olivia is the place where we have been living for about 35 years: travel memories which have become furnishings, pieces of history brought back to life. Every corner narrates a part of our family’s life. ​ This is also the place where we have raised our three sons. With all of them being far from home now, we have decided to start our little business: a lovely B&B now welcomes Guests from everywhere. Here, everyone who wishes to spend a few days in an art city or is travelling for business will find it an ideal place.
Villa Olivia B&B is located in the city centre of Bergamo, close to the Old Upper Town (Citta Alta) and can be reached in 10 minutes drive from Orio al Serio International Airport. We are also close to Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital, San Francesco, Castelli and Palazzolo clinics. The Venetian Walls – candidate for UNESCO World Heritage Site – and the old Upper Town can be reached by a pleasant walk or bus/funicolare (cable railway). A tourist guide is available upon request for tours to historical sites. Being at the heart of Lombardy, Bergamo is the ideal location for an easy access to Milan, the lakes of Como and Garda, other destinations across Northern Italy such as Venice and the Alps or simply for exploring the cultural heritage of the town which is very rich of history and traditions.
