Located in Lierna on the eastern shore of Lake Como, the Pitti Villa offers guests a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains. From the property’s car park the house is reachable through 70 steps surrounded by old trees able to offer a shelter from the hot Italian summers. The spacious 400 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table and a pool table are also provided for your enjoyment. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a barbecue. The garden is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers. The open terrace is furnished with a large dining table and benches. On the covered terrace you will find comfortable seating and a small table. Here you can drink an excellent glass of Italian wine while admiring the beauty of the lake and the sunsets. The gorgeous pool with a maximum depth of 1.50 m is ideal for relaxing without danger and the very large garden is a perfect place for children to play in complete tranquility. Since the villa is situated in a natural habitat it is possible to encounter little animals. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Out of respect for the neighbours, parties are not allowed. Smoking is allowed (inside the building).
