Pleasant staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi. The hotel is far from the city center, but it is possible to connect by bus 15 to the "Villa Costanza" tram stop, which takes you to the very center of the city. Also, you can get to the tram station by car, as there is a vast and cheap parking lot. Excellent price-quality ratio and if we visit Florence again, we will revisit this hotel.
Set in Scandicci, 7.1 km from Santa Maria Novella and 7.1 km from Fortezza da Basso - Convention Center, Casa Lavi provides accommodation with amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV.

The apartment is well equipped and well organized. It was beyond our expectation.
The location is too perfect next to the station and close to transportation.
The host is a pleasant, kind and welcoming person.
I highly recommend this accommodation because I really enjoyed the staying and it made my trip to Florence more than perfect.

the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast
Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty.
Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)
This was the perfect location for our Tuscan holiday. You are close to Scandicci and Florence but still get all the experience of an idyllic Tuscan countryside. The apartment was a great size for our family, with ample room. We had requested a baby cot and this was gratefully provided. The surroundings were exactly how we pictured it, beautiful scenery and golden sunshine. The staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. We rented a car and the location was the best to explore the rest of Tuscany. We would have no hesitation in returning
Lawrence house is a delight, it's the annex of a rural italian villa. It is in the hills overlooking Scandicci where you can get the tram to Florence which is frequent and cheap and runs from early to late. To come back to this tranquil place and sit on the terrace or relax in the enormous kitchen was delightful. My wife found the hammock delightful. You are not really aware that you have neighbours as you sit listening to the stillness looking out at the beautiful views. Looking forward to going back at some point in the future.
The house has a pretty big garden and a terrace on the second floor. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus some extras. The host was quick to respond. The house is about 10-15 min walk from the tram station that will take you straight to the heart of Florence. The area is also very nice. The AC worked great, temperature reached 36 C during our stay, but it was nice and cool inside the house. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, it felt very authentic to the region.
The apartment was amazing, very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The equipment of the kitchen exceeded all expectations. Morover, the location of the house is excellent as it provides a good starting point to all the most famous surrounding cities (Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena). We only regretted that we could not use the pool and its surroundings due to the autumn weather - the pool area is magnificent.
Peaceful location, very clean, room spacious with good decoration and finishings, bathroom spacious too. Breakfast sufficient with some hommemade things, owner prepares good capuccino :)
Location is fine but consider it takes 30-40m total to Florence - best way is to park the car at the tram and go by tram to avoid parking chaos.
What a great apartment! Clean, comfortable and with many amenities. The neighborhood is quiet with some nice restaurants nearby. Ideal if you travel by car and want to visit Florence by public transport (tram). Above all, Alessandro is a very nice and helpful host. We would definitely like to go here again.
The hotel was amongst wineyards and in the Tuscan countryside. Florenz was easily accessible if one has a car and can drive to Scandicci, from there take a tram to Florenz. Breakfast was simple but very nice and the filling. We had a lovely stay and if we are ever.in the region again we would go back.
Irene was amazing! She was so helpful from the very beginning by getting us an extra room when I reserved a space that was too small for my group, to getting us into Florence, to helping us get a taxi and everything in between. Breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, all of the staff was friendly.
The owner, Grazia, received us with a big smile. Her house is inside a dreamy Tuscan landscape, and the apartment is big, silent, beautifully decorated, with a very well equiped kitchen. We had an amazing experience and would be able to stay there for weeks. The access to Firenze is easy and quick.
Breakfast was ok. Location is very bad if you don't have a car. Very difficult to get taxis you can be stranded. The gentleman at reception was very nice, he dropped me to the tram station as could not get a taxi. Food is not available at the hotel & only one restaurant outside with no choice.
I needed a comfortable hotel close to the airport and this hotel more than met my expectation for that. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel for a great price. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
A beautiful estate right outside of the Florentine suburbs. Super convenient, close to the tram line. And they produce their own wine and oil which you can purchase. Charming hosts. A great home base for trips to Florence and the surrounding countryside. Will need a car
The approach of the host is magnificent. He left us with full fridge, something I have never seem before. The. ocation is great for accessing both Florence by tram or Tuscany by highway. Even stores are close.
The apartment was very clean, full equipped (washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven,...) and less than 5min walking from the tram station that connects with the center of Florence.
Beautiful property close to Florence. Pool is refreshing at the end of a hot day. Agriotourismo options for meals at nearby villas. Very good location for families.
