The villa, surrounded by a large courtyard, is perfect for hosting a group of friends or families. It has three floors arranged as follows: on the ground floor there is a large living area consisting of two lounging rooms with sofas, armchairs, a TV and a large wooden dining table, and a modern-style kitchen, well equipped with all amenities including an oven, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine and an additional dining table. A bathroom with shower completes the floor. The stairs leads to the first floor where there is the first sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms furnished with a queen-size bed and a closet, and two bathrooms with showers. The second and last floor leads to the second sleeping area, which features another master bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. An additional bathroom with bathtub completes the layout. *Guests are advised that, in accordance with current legislation on the processing of personal data and in accordance with the guidance provided by the Data Protection Authority, some areas of the property are subject to video surveillance for security reasons. Private areas such as bedrooms and bathrooms are not under video surveillance. Video surveillance cameras placed throughout the property can be switched off directly by guests. No audio recording is provided. The presence of information signs ensures the identification of areas under video surveillance.

Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills!
