Villa Torre Zisa was originally just a stablefor some sheep with a typical vaulted roof. This area is now the kitchen, dining area and living room of the apartment on the ground floor where my family lives. If you are curious to see them, ask my father, he will be very happy to show them to you and tell you their story! The apartments for rent on the upper floors were added later. The Villa is a small oasis of peace even though it is only 1km from the city center. It is surrounded by a large garden with ornamental plants and fresh fruit. There is also a pond that hosts fish and colorful water lilies. Villa Torre Zisa is perfect for families on vacation who want to explore the sea, the mountains, the amazing National Parks and Marine Protected Area and the charming villages around, all easily reachable in less than an hour by car, but also for couples who are looking for peace and relaxation. Ideal also for those who travel for work and prefer the comfort of an apartment with easy parking and fast wifi rather than anonymous hotels. We are 5 minutes by car from the Sports Hall and less than 10 from the University of Teramo. You can also reach us by public transport, or take a walk of about 15 minutes to get to the center. Bars where you can enjoy a great breakfast, restaurants where you can try the typical Abruzzo cuisine and supermarkets if you want to cook yourself, all nearby and convenient.
