Property info

If you are looking for a holiday home a few meters from a nice beach, with a beautiful view of the lake, then Villetta Griselle is just the ideal solution. The house is located on the first floor (23 steps) and consists of entrance, one bedroom with bunk beds, windowed bathroom with shower, double bedroom with lake view with access to the terrace, living area with kitchen (4 burners and electric plate, oven , fridge, freezer), table with chairs, single sofa bed, digital terrestrial TV and a spacious terrace of 3 x 1.50 meters, with splendid lake view, equipped with chairs and awning. At the back of the apartment, going up 46 steps, there’ s a beautiful panoramic garden, where deckchairs and table can be placed. Heating for a fee.

Neighborhood info

It is only a short distance away from the famous Baia delle Sirene and the renowned Punta San Vigilio, with a large private car park, accessed via a double electric gate, which guarantees guests’ privacy. From here you can also make beautiful walks on the scenic trails of Monte Luppia, which preserve ancient rock carvings, which are directly connected to the surrounding garden above the property.
