I like the way it is organized and how they assisted their guests with respect. I like the amenities, great food and accessible in Kyoto tourists' destinations and other historical spots. Kudos to Julia, one of the front desk staff, she is very helpful, courteous, and with a very good customer service/concierge skill.

This place has truly ruined capsule hotels for me. This was NOT a hotel, this is a RESORT. 3 levels of spa, tons of meeting space, breakfast buffet?? Wtf how is this possible for $32??? I would stay here a week and not leave if I had the time.

This male only place is a must if you are a group of friends traveling in Kyoto. Not only do you get a genuine capsule hotel experience, as most guests are Japanese, but there is also a sauna / spa, that I highly recommend. You will get an official pajama when you check in, and there are all the amenities and products - from shaving foam, razors, even toothbrushes with toothpaste, to hair gel, basically everything you need for personally hygiene. Then there is the location. Situated close to Nishiki market and Goin district, the location is as good as it gets for this budget friendly hotel.

They were pretty strict about following the rules. Because of this, the sleeping area was quiet and the common area and showers were clean. The capsule was clean and exactly as described / depicted. We toured the amenities (spa, massage area, relaxation area, etc.) and they seemed very nice, but ultimately did not use them b/c of time. Breakfast buffet was not exceptional, but it was perfectly fine. The bed was much better than a futon mat and even better than a couple of the hotel beds we had. Don't expect an amazing mattress, but it wasn't bad at all. We packed pretty lite and spent our days being tourists so our hotel stays were mostly about being a place to pass out at the end of the day. By far, this was the best fit for us in terms of cost and what we needed. Really sorry we didn't book more nights at capsules.

The breakfast buffet was amazing! The location is very close to Kiyomizu-Dera and surrounding shrines. After a full day of sightseeing, it was really nice to come back and relax in the spa. Overall I would totally come stay here again.
