The woman who owns the hostel is a shining gem! So kind and helpful. We had many nice conversations and if you can speak some Korean she'll be very grateful~ You can have many lovely talks with her! The other staff answered our questions and helped us if we had any requests! The room was cozy and very clean with a lovely little ocean view. The hostel really felt like a home away from home to come back to! It's not enormous but that's it's beauty! It's small yet spacious and my friends and I shared many laughs there! The convenience store just downstairs is also soo convenient! It may be a little far from the main tourist attractions but that was a good point for us because it was nice to get away from the noise of the loud city!

Sea Star Hostel is located 1.6 mi north of The Ocean Water Park in Yeosu. The hostel offers private guest rooms with sea views and free WiFi access. There are both Korean- and Western-style guest rooms. All featuring Ondol, Korean heated flooring, the rooms also come with air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV, electric kettle and fridge. Private bathroom has a walk-in shower, and free bath amenities and toiletries are provided. Self-catering and laundry is possible at the communal kitchen. Guests can freely use the computer in the shared lounge. There is a convenience store on site. From the hostel, Soho Yacht Club is 0.9 mi south and Yeosu City Hall 1.2 mi north. Yeosu Domestic Airport is a 25-minute drive away from Sea Star Hostel.
