The best place I have ever stayed at through “booking”. Everything except the location was way better than anything even close to this [budget] price bracket. This place spoiled me. After staying here everything else fell short. The family that runs this place truly care about their home and in making you comfortable. It shows. The whole place is clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. The residents keep noises down so as not to disturb you. The kitchen is completely available to guests, breakfast is included in the rate, served according to your tastes. The room: big, tall ceilings, well -ealing windows and doors keeping noise and mosquitos out and letting good natural light in, two large really comfortable beds, a huge private patio overlooking the neighborhood. Factor in the location, in a wealthy neighborhood removed from the beach or town. Be ready to walk, hire a rickshaw, rent a scooter, etc.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing with honestly the biggest bed I've ever seen. The room was provided with aircon and the breakfast was nice. The hostess was incredibly nice and helpful, suggesting places to eat and calling a tuk tuk when I had to leave.

Super nice villa with an excellent location - walking distance to the centre and Polhena Beach. The fort is just 30 min walk away. The hosts are very friendly and the whole place is very clean! I stayed in a room with a lovely terrace and had the whole 3rd floor only for me.

The very nice, big, clean room, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen with refrigerator and kettle and nice bathroom with washing machine for the privet use. Big taras. Very good breakfasts and dinners.

Hospitable hosts. Very nice house, clean and comfortable. We lived in a room with a balcony, on the third floor with a beautiful view, we really liked there is a dining area outside the room, a refrigerator, a separate bathroom with a washing machine (this was great news for us). I would also like to thank the hostess for the breakfasts, they were very, very tasty and the portions were large, they asked us what exactly we would like for breakfast breakfasts were always prepared with all the heart! I wanted to stay there longer, the atmosphere in the house is very pleasant!

Basically everything. Host welcomed us with warm tea and let us left our room later than check-out time with no time pressure. Wonderful place, photos don't describe how roomy and how much space are in those places. Absolutely amazing, really high standard. Extremely clean, highly maintained and with extraordinary food. Highly recommend! Close access to beach, good communication on WhatsApp. Big beds with AC and with double fans in room.

Pretty much had the top floor to ourselves. Family are amazing, so welcoming and lovely. The son especially had amazing English, and we met his English teacher one night as they are friends with his family & you can see why he is so great at English! They couldn't do more for us, we used the washing machine for free which was so useful as we are travelling around, helped us with all questions we had, even called us a tuktuk when we were leaving. We were upgraded to the bigger room, and really enjoyed the balcony. Fan & mosquito nets are great & the place is easy walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was amazing, really good omelette - just too big of a portion for us with all the toast!

Truly perfect guest house experience!! The family were super friendly and helpful, and they speak good English! The rooms are large, clean and has a lovely balcony. We had a whole floor to ourselves with a dining area and a private washroom that includes a washing machine. Breakfast was extraordinary, lots of coconut pancakes, and toast with really yummy omelet. The coffee was amazing👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 they also assisted us with doctors and fairs for tuk tuk assuring we get the best prices. We only planned to stay one night but ended up staying two! We had absolute privacy while at moments enjoying the company of the family. Our expectations were exceeded considering such an affordable price! Thank you !!!!!!
