The location is just at the beach, we had lovely see view from our room. The place is very quiet - we liked that a lot. We could launch our kites just Infront of the hotel. They have place to clean your kite gear as well. The staff were amazing and were organizing anything we asked for. Food was great as well.

Lovely well managed property on the beachfront. The service and hospitality of the staff is a massive highlight - a great bunch of people always happy to provide suggestions on what to do nearby and help with any request. Room is very large and clean with sea views. Also the chef is an excellent cook, had some of the nicest Sri Lankan meals here. The traditional breakfast is not to be missed! Highly recommend.

Small boutique hotel which feels more like a Villa. Very personalised service given by Shakthi. Rooms are huge with very large beds, bathroom were clean. Amazing sea view from the large balconies. One of the best beaches I have seen in Sri Lanka.

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. This is a dream destination if you are into kitesurf. Just a short walk to the Kitesurfinglanka school with well trained professionals who will teach and train you with confidence. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Balcony view from rooms is outstanding - opt for 1st floor rooms. A nice pool is available when you feel like getting a change from the sea. There are small wooden huts with deck chairs to enjoy amazing sea views with a couple of hammocks in the garden to relax in. The food was very good. The hotel owner and family were very welcoming, friendly and hospitable. Luke, the hotel manager was a gem! He made sure our stay was memorable and catered to our every need to the extent possible. Very discreet and professional attentive to our needs and wishes- thank you Luke, you were wonderful. We certainly recommend this hotel and will be back!

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber,wir hatten einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Terrasse war recht gross und schön. Das Essen war lecker,es ist aber von Vorteil wenn man rechtzeitig vorbestellt ansonsten muss man ziemlich lange warten. Es wird aber alles frisch zubereitet.

Toller Ort direkt am Strand mit Infinitypool, srilankisches Essen war außergewöhnlich lecker :) Hatten eine tolle Delphinbeobachtungstour und einen schönen Motorrollerausflug in die Umgebung nach Kalpitiya. Der Strand ist toll zum Baden und Spaziergänge bis zur Sandbank zu machen, dabei Fischerboote, Vögel und Kitesurfer zu beobachten.
