    “Quiet little courtyard in the middle of the oldtown. Door has code, no keys needed. Shops, cafes etc nearby. Lovely park (big enough) very close to the accommodation to walk dogs. Pet fee 10€/pet/24h. Toilet and bath/shower on both floors.”

Laurentroom Townhouse is located in oldtown of Ukmerge. Two-storey Townhouse for up to 6 people. Compact, modernly furnished 100 sq. M. m. two-bedroom Townhouse. The ground-floor of the Townhouse has a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathtub. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and a toilet with a shower. You don't have to worry about household items - you can find them all here. The newly equipped kitchen with the necessary equipment and utensils and 2 toilets, a shower and a bathroom belonging to the Townhouse - everything for your convenience. You will also find a hairdryer and iron in the cottage. Toiletries and towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available. TV. Apartment security 24 hours a day.
