I was concerned originally booking what was listed for up to 4 people for just me but the room was just right for 1 person. Three of the beds are in a loft and the sofa bed downstairs only sleeps one. While it looks large, the sauna takes up a considerable portion, so more people would be cramped. The star of this stay is Trakai Castle and the lake. From the chalet room. you looked right out at it both day and night. Views are great in the restaurant and the grounds. I thought the breakfast was exceptional, even though I read reviews critisizing it. Access to Trakai is an easy walk and even closer than some of the parking areas.

The rooms boast classical interior design complemented with individual vintage elements. Each comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom. Guests are welcome to relax in the on-site sauna.
