Hassan was the receptionist and he was more than accommodating and always had a smile on his face. Soufiane and Salah helped us settle in and served us the most wonderful breakfast which consisted of foods that locals would eat to break their fast. The kitchen produced traditional food to a high standard and even created a birthday cake one evening which was accompanied by a traditional Berber musical serenade.
