The staff were all very friendly and the deluxe room we stayed in was lovely with a great view of the sea. |

The staff friendliness, the location,& the general atmosphere. The bathroom lighting very poor for shaving, & ladies mahe-up! The internet charges expensive in that the time of 2hrs should be accumaltive & not continuos. Many hotels with WiFi do not charge at all. |

Great Location, Great Service and at this time of the year excellent value for money. Staff recognised that I stay often and treated me as a loyal returning customer which was appreciated. |

Nice location close to the center of Monaco. Nice swimming pool. Cool Bar. Cleaningness was not the one expected from a 4 star hotel in monaco. Staff not very helpful. Parking is obligatory since there is no parking outside, costing 23Eur/day! Rooms are too small. The room had 2 burnt lamps and the bathtub sink was blocked! |

Service The hotel rooms were with old hi-tech, poor guest bath accesories and torn bed sheets. I paid internet access for 24 h. and get only 8 then was cutted off. Food in the hotel's restaurant was really not so good and the staff was not so kind. My receipt was for 2700 euros and I think I didn't get the best for that money. I will not reccomend this hotel to my frinds. |

Von Vorfteil war die Tatsache, dass der Heli-Landeplatz sehr nahe war und das es im Hotel auch spät am Abend sehr ruhig war. Dezentrale Lage, umständlich für ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Sehr "unfreundliches" Personal und wenig hilfsbereit. Würde dieses Hotel definitiv abraten. Frühstück sehr dürftig und viel zu teuer ==> EURO 25.--, für Omlette zusätzlich EURO 7.--!! |

Mooie moderne kamers, lekker ontbijt Het ligt eigenlijk niet zo gunstig als je de omgeving rondom het casino, het strand en het oude monaco wilt bezoeken. |
