The house is located only few steps from the beach or one minute by foot.Private huge garden and 110 squared meters of the living space are at your disposal. 300 m from the famous Porto Montenegro, 9 km from Kotor, 70 km from Dubrovnik, 24 km from Budva, only 4 km from airport Tivat The best position for your holiday in Montenegro, located in most beautiful part of Tivat and Boka Kotorska's Bay.The beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakery shops and all you need for comfortable stay. The apartment has two levels ( ground floor and first floor) , two gardens frontal and backwards A/C , Cable TV,Netflix, Wi Fi 1st Level: Living room Dining room Very modern kitchen (fully equipped kitchen) Bathroom and Two Terraces Mediterranean Garden Living room has sofa bed ( two people can sleep on it) 2nd Level: Bedroom 1 with King Size Bed , Bathroom and Terrace for two Bedroom 2 with King Size Bed,Bathroom and Terrace for two Private parking is located in front of the house Local tax is mandatory and costs 1 euro per day per adult.
