Hi, I`m Jegor, I live in this beautifull town. Bar is a place that I really love. I live here for many years with my family. I like to meet and get to know new people. I enjoy travelling and have guests at home and consider the good company one of the pleasures of life. I`m private eterpreneur and my passion is sports. I am a person of action and I always give my best in everything I do. Also I speak Russian, English and Serbian. If you have questions or need any informations, do not hesitate to contact me.

Property info

The welcoming and equipped with every comfort villa with a beautifull terraces, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. It offers apartments with air conditioning, free WiFi, linen and towels are provided. The apartments are surrounded by a garden. Free parking is available nearby. The beach, within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, is one of the most beautiful in Bar. Low rocks, crystal clear water, private beaches with all amenities or free beach. The house is located in a residential area with supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, restaurants, boat rentals etc. All within easy walking distance. Some activities works only from May to middle of October. The neighborhood is nice, safe and only 15 minutes walk from the city center. I'm living in the neighborhood for 17 years and have lots recommendations for favorite coffee houses, bars, restaurants, bookstores, museums, and anything else you can think of in the town.

Neighborhood info

On Bar Riviera there are nearly 20 different beaches, bathing beaches, and stony coves. Being a residential area, it is very quiet, also at night. The nearest beach is about 200 meters. But the area is well connected to explore the coast in the surroundings that has the peculiarity of drastically changing, moving within a few hundred meters: from the white and red beaches and close to the house you can reach wonderful cliffs, with incredible backdrops and parks with Natural and archaeological reserves. Market 30m far, tobacco, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, information point, news, bakery, fish, fruits and vegetables shops are as close as 150m. All the services needed during a relaxing holiday are near the house, so you can move on foot. At about 15 minutes walk or few minutes by car there is the Ferry port - Marina, everyday from June-September trips start for the Sutomore, Petrovac, Budva and Boka Kotorska Bay. Apartment is close to public transportation.
