Beautiful view and great location in a quiet area. Gaz station/super market is right in front of the property where you can do groceries, buy wine, fresh fruits/veggies/bread!
Friendly neighborhood, a 30 minute walk to Marigot, 15 minute walk to David’s Hole and Baie Rouge beach (beautiful beach).

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They recommended an AMAZING place for dinner called La main à la pâte.... food was excellent! Room was nice, updated, comfortable and great views. The whole vibe and decor of the hotel and sitting areas were amazing. We arrived at night so we had no idea how busy the day time hours could be. The next morning we realized we were in the centr' of everything...lol!
The staff in the hotel was amazing! They were always there to help and answer all my questions, even silly ones ( I asked about whistling sound in the evenings, to learn that there were whistling frogs around). Every day I was welcomed with a smile from the staff at the reception and from the housekeeping lady. I am sure that I will stay there once again when I am back in St. Martin!
Very clean, well equipped studio apartment. All kitchen equipment, fridge, induction cooktop, kettle. Nice seating area outside, comfortable bed. Great value, and very friendly hosts. Short walk from great restaurants (le maroccain!) and marigot center and fort.

The studio was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. And the location is perfect. It's in the centre of Marigot and close to everything. I definitely recommend this accommodation for both short term and long term stay in beautiful St Martin.

Has everything you need - wifi, comfort and safety. Staff were great, let me check in early and easily extended my stay. Also have luggage storage. The atrium/garden in the middle of the hotel is so cool and relaxing - be sure to check out the bookshelf downstairs.
The restaurant on site is run separately and was excellent. Food very good and service was the best I have had. The hotel staff was really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The location was very good, lots of amenities close by and I felt safe walking around.
Clean. Good Bath, Good fully equiped Kitchen. Even had spices and coffee filters. That was a first for me anywhere! Fast WIFi. Nice Balcony. Good space for two people.

After a delayed flight we needed a place to sleep and this was the cheapest place that had space in Saint Martin. It was fine for the night. Simple but clean, good airco. Receptionist was friendy and check-in went smooth. Walking distance from Marigot.
Nice space in apartment, very clean & great location. Bakery & small supermarket across the road & plenty of free street parking out front. Restaurant at hotel (We never ate there as we were out early & home late with day trips) but it looked good.
We thought that Fantastic was a great name for the hotel. It had what we needed, including a TV that we could easily operate with programs I needed on the day that I was feeling ill. The walk to the center of Marigot was a pleasant one for us.
The whole hotel was amazing! My husband and I have had an excellent stay.
We particularly appreciated Josiane’s kindness and help. She has been amazing, always here to help and accommodate you.

For the price I paid I believe I was given a bargain. The room was modern and clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was also prime and the overall look of the hotels. I would definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel was excellent! Right in the middle of Marigot. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a grocery store directly across the street. The harbor was also a couple of blocks away.
Location close to Marigot center (10min walk), spacious renovated 1 bedroom appartment with kitchen on balcony and all you need. Washing machine WITH powder, Nespresso WITH cups, fridge WITH essentials, etc etc.
The location was perfect! The hotel did not have any facilities - no pool, spa, etc. But it was just what was needed for 2 days of errands in town. It was small and intimate, and I really appreciated it.
The location of the property was great; close to some restaurants and beaches. Not difficult at all to get to Marigot or Phillipsburg. The furniture was great, and it was nice having two bathrooms.
